Oh. Ok. They are in really good condition.
DO NOT CLEAN YOUR COINS. CLEANING RUINS VALUE.
You have either 1 or 2 kopeks in XF (extremely fine) condition. The both have the same pattern, but their sizes are different. The catalogs provide this info:
1 kopek, 27 mm diameter, catalog value in XF: $135 US dollars
2 kopeks, 32 mm diameter, catalog value in XF: $150
The one in my picture sold for $130 in a recent auction.

JDD - My pro database has 23 examples of this coin, and none of them are as nice as yours. The one in my previous picture sold to a collector for $130. The catalogs quote $150 in XF condition. Yours are in XF condition, but I am sure they are worth more than $150. So my best conservative guess at value for your coins is $250 each.
Slabbing by NGC does three things: (1) guarantees authenticity, (2) establishes a grade (e.g., VF, XF, AU), and (3) houses the coins in a hermetically sealed protective holder.
It's been a long time since I had a coin slabbed. NGC probably charges around $80 for one coin, and perhaps $25 of that would be added to the coin's retail value, boosting it to $275, but taking $80 out of your pocket.
The question for you is this: Is it worth spending $80 on a $275 coin to get benefits (1), (2), and (3) above.
If they were in my collection, I'd slab them. But you might be different than me.

I AM AFRAID THE PRICE FROM ANY OF THE TOP GRADING COMPANY'S IS NO-WHERE NEAR (80 BUCKS) FOR ONE THAT ONE COIN, UNLESS ITS LETS SAY A OUNCE OR TWO OF GOLD? EVEN THEN MAYBE NOT THAT MUCH!!!! JUST GO TO ANACS AND THERE IS A DEAL CALLED 10 FOR 10
THEN ITS ONLY A DOLLAR A COIN ---$10 DOLLARS FOR 10 NORMAL EVERYDAY COINS TO BE GRADED AND SLABBED.
