  • Joshua Lee is correct about the Nicaea ID.  I believe this one is from Julia Maesa, grandmother of Emperor Severus Alexander.   I do not have an exact match but will show a coin of his mother and her daughter Julia Mamaea.  I believe your coin shows MAECA where mine shows MAMAIA at upper right.   These are common coins but the family ones are less common than the ones of Severus Alexander himself.   Remember that every die was engraved individually so such things as exact letter placement are not significant as they would be on modern, machine made coins.   Long ago, I wrote a page on the type:
