Eddie -- 'Missing clad layer' errors are quite valuable, even for coins minted recently. Normally I would recommend slabbing for a 1992 Roosie with both sides missing clad. Your coin, however, throws a curve ball. Why are the surfaces so grainy? I have not seen such surfaces on other similar coins.
For instance, this one:
does not have grainy surfaces. Could yours have been put in an acid bath? Hmmm. I think sending it to a slabbing service would not bring you good results.
Of course, this is just my opinion.

Thanks for your reply. I may have seen another one like mine on another forum could there be another like this if it is an error by the way it weigh's 1.9 grams if that helps and found in a coin roll.
