Hello! Photos received. But all show only one coin's sides.
The other side has also the lines that appear on this shown side? * Yes,the ''off-center'' strike is a category of mint errors.
* About the lines,I am not sure what they really are... From photos,they look to me like postminting spots done by man hand,with some kind of substance (acid?)...
If the same ''spoted'' lines appear also on the other coin's side, then I may think of a demonetization of the ''discovered'' error coin (off-center strike). This is my opinion... It may be true or wrong...

The strike is not off center. The lines look like post-mint damage with zero value.
