If it is genuine, it is a silver "cob" coin from Mexico, when Mexico was a colony of Spain.
It is difficult to tell from your photo about real/fake status. Replicas of Spanish cobs are a hot tourist item in various places. There appears to be large carved out region top and bottom. Tourist items would not normally have such features, so your coin may be genuine.
