Can someone identify my coins, and are they real?

    To me, the Pei Yang Arsenal and Shanghai coins look fake. Their patterns are mushy and their surfaces do not look natural. Take them for an in-person inspection by a knowledgeable collector or professional coin dealer. It is far easier to detect fakes and ensure genuine coins in person, rather than Internet photos.

    The Hu-Peh Province coin looks much more genuine than the other two. I have provided here a picture of a genuine Hu-Peh dollar. Take your coin to a jeweler and have it weighed and tested for silver content. If the weight is 26.7 grams and it is made of silver, it is probably genuine. Hope so.
