Sorry but for sure your coin-medalion is a copy/fake. I believe that its yellow colour wants to pass it as gold made but the very ''primitive'' design of Saint George,his horse and dragon tells me that we have here a not too well done copy of a genuine design...

P.S.: To verify for 100% certain if gold or not,you may show your piece to a jeweler. He has experience + specific substances for testing the metal.
