I looked closely at your photo, and I believe you have a "struck through" error coin. I can't prove it. It might be post-mint damage.
But the indentation looks clean enough, without burrs or other tell-tale signs, that it could be that a piece of lint (or something) got into the minting press and formed the error on Lincoln's cheek.
You understand, I'm sure, that this is a guess.
You should take it to a professional coin dealer or a knowledgeable collector for an in-person inspection. Seeing the coin in-person give a lot more information than Internet photos.
