The inscriptions

TYPOY IEPAΣ KAI AΣYΛOY

says the coin is from ancient Tyre in Phoenicia. Trouble is -- at least as far as I know -- ancient Tyre issued only silver shekels, like the one in my picture, no gold coins.

I have not been able to identify your coin.
