New England Andom 1652 XII coin real or fake?

This coin is from my husbands collection he left to me. It is in good condition and shines when polished with a dry cloth. Is this real or fake? Are fake worth anything? And does this coin if real have any value? Measures 2.7 cm and 6 grams

Hi Sandra --
You have a replica of an Oak Tree Shilling from colonial America. I've provided an image of a genuine coin, and you can see there are several departures between your coin and a genuine one.
The weight of your coin is also troublesome. How confident are you in the 6 grams? Genuine coins weigh between 4.1 and 4.7 grams.
There are twelve pence in a shilling. The big XII Roman numerals represent those 12 pence.
