DDO or Machine Doubling?

Found this in bankroll two weeks ago. Looks like its never been in circulation even though there are some imperfections. Its definitely all doubled but that includes the reverse, and the (mintmark), which I heard can be an indication that its not true doubling.

  • It looks like it has been in circulation but for a very short time, I can see very small nicks and scratches but other than that it looks like it's in great condition. However I think theres no errors that I can spot. Unfortunatly alot of Wheaties are worth very little.

  • Very cool coin. Nice eye appeal. No doubling. There are no doubled varieties for this date. I'd pay $1 US dollar for it. Even though coins like this are said to be 'uncirculated,' they come from circulation and are therefore circulated. Only coins which move from the mint directly into a collection can be uncirculated.

Nevertheless, the top-notch appearance of this coin makes it desirable for collectors.
