Sorry but you submitted to us a fake or at least a (not too well done!) copy of a real,genuine & antique Hebrew coin!
This is because the design of your coin tells us that it should have been minted in Judea(as correctly you also say!), during the first hebrew people revolt against the domination of Roman Empire. But...the authentic coins of those times were minted only in silver and your coin doesn't seem to be silver! Then,the quality of the struck & the details of the design are different and much more beautiful on the real coins. To compare & see these for yourself,I send you a Wikipedia photo of a genuine such type silver coin:
